Dear Centennial Crossing Homeowner,

Our community website was developed to serve as an information resource for our neighborhood. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with Centennial Crossing Condominiums.    We are managed by a Board of Directors that works with a management company – Small Association Management.                                  Centennial Crossing is a  96 unit - 1 and 2 bedroom condominium complex.  We have convenient access to the light rail, shopping, golf, parks, swimming, and other community recreation areas.  Please check out "Sites of Interest" for more information on local government, schools, utilities, and recreation.

 Centennial Park & Brent Mayne Field

     Centennial Park is a recreational park space for youth and adult sports and activities. In 1998, Centennial Park was  expanded by 9.4 acres, with three new athletic fields, including a new soccer field and a softball field. Also completed was a new baseball diamond that was funded through the Colorado Rockies’ Field of Dreams program, in which members of the Rockies organization provide funding for a little- league baseball diamond. Former Rockies catcher Brent Mayne provided the funds necessary to construct “Brent Mayne Field”.

     The park expansion also offers the trail connections to the Mary Carter Greenway, access to the South Platte kayak chutes, and a picnic pavilion.
